Terms & Cancellation
1. Scope
These terms apply to bookings of Breath & Chill group sessions and individual sessions with Georg Sesterhenn (see imprint for full provider details). They apply to bookings made directly on this website. If you book a session through an external platform such as Eventbrite, that platform's terms and refund rules apply to your ticket purchase.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Paid tickets are paid online by card or PayPal through our payment provider Stripe. Free reservations need no payment.
Individual sessions can be paid by cash, PayPal or bank transfer. You receive an invoice or receipt for every payment.
Prices are final prices. As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
3. Cancellation by you
Up to 48 hours before the session start you can cancel by email and receive a full refund.
For later cancellations or no-shows there is no refund, but you may pass your ticket on to another person — please tell us their name beforehand.
4. Cancellation by us
If a session has to be cancelled (e.g. illness or too few participants), you will be informed by email as early as possible and receive a full refund or, if you prefer, a seat at a later session.
5. Health and personal responsibility
Breathwork is not psychotherapy and not a medical treatment, and it does not replace medical or psychological care.
Before booking, please read the contraindications and complete the safety check. If any contraindication applies to you, or if you are unsure, speak with your doctor and with Georg before attending.
You take part on your own responsibility and may pause or stop the practice at any time. Please tell the facilitator about relevant health conditions in person before the session.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages from breach of essential obligations.
7. Withdrawal
For leisure services booked for a specific date there is no statutory right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). The cancellation rules in section 3 apply instead.
