What is Rebirthing Breathwork?
Rebirthing Breathwork is a practice of conscious, connected breathing. You breathe continuously without pauses between the inhale and exhale while being guided through the experience. The session takes place lying down in a supportive environment, giving you space to turn your attention inward and explore whatever arises.

What happens in a session?
1
Arrival
A short welcome, a cup of tea or cacao and a gentle introduction to the practice.
2
Breathing
About an hour of guided, connected breathing while you lie comfortably, accompanied by music.
3
Integration
Quiet rest, then an optional sharing circle to land and talk about your experience.
No prior experience is needed. There is nothing you need to achieve or perform.
What you may experience
Relaxation
A chance to step out of everyday thinking and activity, slow down, let go and settle into your body.
Emotions
Feelings, memories or sensations may arise and move through you during and after the experience.
Clarity
Some people leave with greater perspective, a better sense of what really matters and a feeling of inner calm.
Every session is different. Nothing specific has to happen for the experience to be meaningful.

What participants say
Experiences are very individual and can vary from person to person.
“The breathwork session with Georg was truly special. I had never experienced what can happen to my body when I breathe in this way for so long. Georg explained everything really well and helped me feel safe, so that I could let go and fully surrender to the experience. Thank you.”
“…a heavy burden has lifted from my heart and today I was able to wake up and look at the week with joy.”
“The event at Georg's place was really beautiful. Really sweet home, Georg is a great spaceholder, the breathwork session was a really special experience and also the connection in the group was greatly given. I can totally recommend going to him. So nice with the cacao before and the socializing part, which is usually missing in big groups and community classes.”
