Papworth method
German: Papworth-Methode
A breathing-retraining approach developed at Papworth Hospital in the UK, built around relaxed, nasal and diaphragmatic breathing, often taught by physiotherapists. It has been studied for asthma-related symptoms and breathing-pattern problems. It is a clinical retraining method, not an intense breathwork practice.
