Anulom Vilom
A yogic alternate-nostril practice: you breathe in through one nostril, out through the other, and then switch sides, usually slowly and evenly. Many teachers use the name as another word for Nadi Shodhana; others teach Anulom Vilom without breath holds and Nadi Shodhana with them. It is generally a gentle, calming practice.
