Mystical experience

German: Mystische Erfahrung

A research term for experiences marked by a sense of unity, sacredness, timelessness and deep meaning. They are studied in meditation and psychedelic research and can occasionally occur in breathwork, but they are neither the goal nor a measure of success. How a person interprets such an experience is personal.
