Light-headedness
Also known as: Breathwork dizziness
Light-headedness is a dizzy or floaty feeling during fast or deep breathing, mainly because low CO₂ narrows brain blood vessels. Slowing the breath usually resolves it; sit or lie down, and stop if it becomes intense or you feel faint.
